The Patient Care Coordinator is often the first person you speak with when you come into our office. She caters to patients who are seeking information and knowledge about their potential surgical procedures. Assisting Dr. Martin with patient consultations, she ensures all of your questions are answered and also provides a contact number for any questions you may think of after your visit.  She is equally a tremendous help in dealing with the financing and insurance aspects of your surgery.

Tessi will walk you through the entire surgical process and bring you the personal approach our patients find profoundly comforting and unique. Please feel free to ask for her when you call our office with questions about any of our procedures.

Our Patient Concierge understands the importance of first impressions. That is why she goes out of her way to make patients feel at ease from the very first phone call.  She will help you schedule your appointments, review your account information and applicable insurance, coordinate aftercare as well as hotel accommodations (for our out-of-town guests.) She will work closely with you coordinating all of your appointments to help suit your busy schedule.

Kimberly graduated from National Aesthetics Institute of Scottsdale in October 1998, specializing in medical aesthetics and laser hair removal.  Her post-graduate courses focused on photofacials, laser hair removal, micropigmentation, Obagi Blue Peel, microdermabrasion, and Physician’s Choice chemical peels. 

Today, in an effort to help clients look and feel their best, Kimberly offers the latest in skin rejuvenation treatments and procedures.  She continues to further her education in this growing industry to keep up with the latest advancements in skin care.

Our Surgical Administrator, and lead Surgical Assistant, supervises functions of our on-site surgical suite and clinic. Her responsibilities include keeping our state-of-the-art operating room compliant, overseeing our research and study programs, as well as continually increasing the quality of care and safety of our patients.

She is very knowledgeable with all aspects of surgery and helps our patients understand and prepare for the pre-operative and recovery phases of surgery.  She thrives on the opportunity to work together with our patients pursuing excellence in patient care.

Our Surgical Assistants are another invaluable member of our team. They assist our patients throughout the entire surgical process. They provide extra care making sure all of your questions and concerns are answered.

Whether caring for our patients preoperatively, in recovery, or educating and instructing their caregivers, our patients and their families find our assistants comforting and compassionate. Each of our assistants has a true passion for helping patients have the best surgical experience during their stay at Estetica.

As our in house registered nurse, Kim is dedicated in keeping all of our patients comfortable and caring for their needs during post-surgical recovery. After years of working in a busy emergency department, Kim is trained in providing quality, sympathetic care to each of our patients.

Patients are encouraged to ask questions and voice concerns to ensure a smooth transition from recovery to discharge.
