Breast augmentation is a surgical procedure used to enhance the size and shape of a woman’s breast.  The need for enhancement can range from changing the body contour of a woman who feels her breast size is too small, to correct a reduction in breast volume after pregnancy, or to balance a difference in breast size and shape.

Dr. Martin performs this procedure primarily as a transaxillary (via the underarm region) approach.  The option of Silicone (Keller Funnel delivery utilized) or Saline implants will be placed in a subfascial or submuscular position.  Because the implant is placed through a small incision in the armpit, the procedure is nearly scarless.
